Donna Flannery was born and raised in Spencer, MA. Her love
for the area is deep and she, along with the family she raised here, has been
an integral part of this community her entire life. The Exchange Club of
Spencer has had the privilege for 25 years to proudly call her one of their
most active members, presenting her with the Citizen of the Year Award! Her
generosity of time and commitment to all residents brought her into the Spencer
Housing Authority where she is currently serving her 4th term in leadership as
Vice President. As the Director of the Spencer Toys for Kids program for over
20 years she has ensured that the 200+ children this group services every year
will have a full Christmas with gifts, attention, and care! It was with great
pride and appreciation that Donna accepted the Town of Spencer’s award for
Meritorious Public service in 2014. ERA Key Realty Services shares in the
town’s admiration of her many generous contributions to the wellness of her
community and in 2016 awarded her the Circle of Light Award. By being an active
licensed REALTOR® with her local RACM, state MAR, and national NAR since 1991,
Donna has amassed over 30 years of experience which she has put to good use and
accomplished an incredibly prestigious feat. By 2018 she has closed over 1,000
transactions helping many people achieve their dreams. As a result, ERA Key
Realty Services inducted her into their Hall of Fame. But that’s not where the
story ends! For over 25 years she has consistently been ranked in the top 10
agents of her brokerage and in fact rose to #1 in 2018! In 2014 Real Trends
ranked her #33 out of well over 20,000 agents throughout the state of
Massachusetts! In 2023 Donna received the Commonwealth Heroine Award given by
the Massachusetts Commission on the status of women, The David Prouty High
School Distinguished Alumni Award and she was a finalist (1 of 4) for the Jim
Jackson Memorial Award for exceptional customer service. Her ability to connect
with her clients, the local knowledge that comes with decades of immersion in
the community, and the professional education and standards she holds herself
