Donna has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1991 and is a member of the Realtor Association of Central Massachusetts, the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. Her dedication to her clients and consistent performance have kept her ranked among the Top 10 agents in her brokerage for more than 25 years, including reaching the #1 position in 2018.

Her production continues to place her among the industry’s top performers. Donna was ranked Top 10 at ERA Key Realty Services for Sold Dollar Volume in 2024 and in 2025 earned the ERA National Leadership Circle Award, ranking in the Top 3 for Sold Dollar Volume. Earlier in her career, Real Trends ranked her #33 out of more than 20,000 real estate agents in Massachusetts.

Donna’s career milestone of over 1,000 closed transactions earned her induction into the ERA Key Realty Services Hall of Fame, and in 2025 she was honored with the Realtor Association of Central Massachusetts Lifetime Achievement Award, as well as the WRAR Lifetime Achievement Award recognizing 35 years in real estate.

Beyond her professional success, Donna is deeply committed to the community she has called home her entire life. She has been an active member of the Exchange Club of Spencer for more than 25 years and was recognized as Citizen of the Year. She currently serves in her fourth term with the Spencer Housing Authority as Vice President.

For more than two decades, Donna has also served as Director of the Spencer Toys for Kids program, helping ensure that over 200 local children each year experience the joy of Christmas. In recognition of her service, she received the Town of Spencer’s Meritorious Public Service Award. In 2023, she was further honored with the Commonwealth Heroine Award from the Massachusetts Commission on the Status of Women and the David Prouty High School Distinguished Alumni Award. She has also been a two-time national finalist for the Jim Jackson Memorial Award, recognizing exceptional customer service among more than 30,000 agents nationwide.
